Puerto Vallarta 3/3/16

This is our last full day. We hung out at the beach. The surf went from calm to wild ~ back and forth. We heard a lot of commotion and looked up and a woman was in trouble in the ocean. The waves were bringing her into the rocks and she could not get away from them. One man ran and got a life ring on a long rope and another guy, our new friend Greg who told us earlier that he was a swimmer and a diver, dove in and swam to her, pulling her into the safe channel. Then it was hard for both of them to get in with the strong waves. So glad it ended well. Earlier in the week on Los Muertos Beach a woman was washed away by a surge and broke two arms, a leg and needed CPR. Luckily, she survived. Pretty strong surf this year!

We went to Polo's tonight for bacon wrapped shrimp. This is their new location on Basilio Badillo. We were entertained by a harp player!

We walked around after dinner admiring this cute little town that we have come to love so much.
We ran across this group. They were promoting a show.
