Puerto Vallarta Monday, 11/9/15

Last year we were lucky to be able to spend a week in Ocho Cascadas, a beautiful set of Villas in the hills of Conchas Chinas. The new chef made a meal for us that was so wonderful. We were his very first clients as the new Penthouse Chef. So, he got to practice on us! Eduardo and I have kept in contact on Facebook, so Rick and I went up to Ocho today to say hello. We took him a few little gifts for his very cute daughter. He is doing well at Ocho. What a great job. Working with that view all day!!
