For these two days we hung around Lindo Mar and enjoyed the wonderful beach scene there. The highlight of the LM beach has to be Geraldo, the fisherman. Everyday he comes in to the Lindo Mar beach with his haul. Today he caught a large male dorado (mahi mahi or dolphin the fish), a small female dorado (no hump on the head), some smaller red snapper and sea bass. The fun starts when Geraldo cleans the fish on the beach. He has a trio of pelicans who escort him to the beach and wait patiently for treats. He used to have one pelican named Lento, who died he told me. It is a riot to watch these pelicans flap their wings to get Geraldo's attention. Today a beautiful white egret accompanied the pelicans.

We love coming to Lindo Mar and seeing the same people there year after year. We even at dinner both nights at La Playita. Very nice to really relax!
